Job Description

As an early stage Sales, you must be adaptable, methodic and a doer motivated by reaching targets. Your responsibilities will range from building a funnel to implementing strategic Sales initiative.

  • Solution Selling: Demonstrate a consultative selling approach, understanding client needs and demonstrating the unique value proposition of our AI solutions.

  • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the construction industry at an enterprise level, targeting high-value contracts.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers within large construction firms and industry influencers to establish trust and credibility.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape to position our AI solutions effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, product, tech and marketing teams to refine offerings and align sales strategies with market needs.

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve ambitious sales targets by securing contracts that contribute significantly to our startup's growth and scaling efforts.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the construction industry or related business sectors such as risk management, compliance, or any legal solutions.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts, ideally within the construction industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives (CXO) and strategic partners.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
